As you know, tens of thousands of our fellow Americans were devasted by Hurricane Katrina. At Beanteacher Hawaiian Style, we've already made a donation to the American Red Cross.

However, thousands are in dire need, right now, and need your help.

Here's how you can further help in the relief efforts for those in immediate need.

1) Make a donation directly to the American Red Cross, at www.redcross.org or by calling 1-800-HELP-NOW.

2) Purchase a Chiliwear New Orleans Mardi Gras Hawaiian Shirt from us, and we will donate $20 per shirt to the American Red Cross, above and beyond our original donation (Purchases limited to supply on hand). Please note that the maker of this shirt, Chiliwear, is also located in the New Orleans area, and we are hoping all is well with them!

Our thoughts and prayers go out to all of those affected by this terrible catastrophe.
